How I Cancelled Our Wedding Because My Fiancé Has Never Spent Any Money On Me !!- Lady laments.

The wedding is in 3 days, but he keeps saying his money is tied up in a blocked account & that he’ll reimburse me.

Mind you, I’ve been the one supporting this guy since day one of our relationship. I’ve never asked him for anything coz l’m a working-class lady.

Never have I received even a gift for Valentine’s Day.

But I never let those things get to me, even though I considered them red flags. was still hoping could change him with time, but instead, his attitude keeps getting worse by the day.

Each time I need a little help from him due to financial support, he’ll always complain that business is slow.
The times that he even manages to give me money, it’s always on credit, as he’ll ask me to pay him back later cuz he needs the money for something.

About 6 months ago, I moved in with him. When his siblings come around for weekends, I always feed them well, making sure they’re okay, even buy gifts for them when they’re about to leave.

Meanwhile, my own siblings are not even allowed to come around the house
He’ll always complain that we don’t have money to feed extra mouths, even when the money for food is supposed to come from my purse. I just sat down & had a reflection about his attitude, & I’ve been asking myself if this is the type of husband I really want to spend the rest of my life with,

and if he can ever change. It’s been 4 years already. I spoke to a counselor & later realized I might not be able to put up with him, & decided to call off the wedding. I Hope I made the right choice? Or I’m i too quick, can he really ever change help pls
