Media personality Tunde Perry has shared an interesting arrangement he has with his wife, revealing that she gives him one “free day” every month to relax and enjoy some personal time away from family responsibilities.

Speaking about their marriage, Perry explained that the agreement has been in place throughout their nearly 10 years together and has helped them maintain a healthy balance in their relationship.

According to him, he personally chooses the date for his monthly break at the beginning of each month. On that day, he is free to go out, unwind, and enjoy uninterrupted personal time without family obligations.

He said the understanding between him and his wife is one of the reasons their marriage has remained strong over the years.

“You must have that kind of understanding so you can enjoy your relationship,” he said.

Perry also used the opportunity to speak against polygamy, joking that having multiple wives would make such an arrangement almost impossible.

“It’s not good to have two or three wives. How will I go out next month to enjoy again?” he quipped.
