A lady has stirred reactions across social media after openly sharing five reasons she believes some men may not be interested in dating or marrying her.

In a video that has since gone viral, the young woman candidly spoke about her views on relationships, gender roles, finances, and domestic responsibilities, admitting that her stance may not sit well with many men.

According to her, the first reason is that she does not believe in the traditional concept of submission in marriage.

“I’m not submissive. I don’t believe in submission. It sounds like some slave-master kind of thing to me. Two people should submit to each other. Some days you submit to me, some days I submit to you. It’s a mutual respect thing,” she said.

Speaking further, she revealed that she does not believe in financially supporting a man, explaining that she was raised in an environment where men were responsible for taking care of women.

“Your money is our money, but my money is my money. I don’t believe in using my money to take care of a guy. It’s just weird to me,” she stated.

The lady also disclosed that her father has set an extremely high standard for the type of man she would consider dating or marrying.

“My dad has already set a very high standard. Before you can match what I’m used to, you have to come with your A-game,” she added.

Another reason she mentioned was that she has been overly pampered throughout her life and has become accustomed to being treated like a princess.

“I’m already spoiled. Last-born energy. If you’re not coming to pamper me, I honestly don’t know where we’re going to start from,” she said.

Lastly, she admitted that she is not enthusiastic about house chores and does not see cooking as a compulsory responsibility in marriage.

“I’m very lazy when it comes to house chores. Cooking is therapy for me, not a necessity. I cook when I feel like it, not because it’s a duty or a job. I’m not going to be cooking simply because I’m a wife,” she explained.
