I HATE MY MOTHER, SHE ABANDONED ME WHEN I WAS SMALL JUST BECAUSE SHE WANTED A FEMALE CHILD, SHATTERED MAN SHARES

A man has opened up about a painful childhood experience that has left him struggling with resentment towards his mother.

According to him, his mother left him in the care of his father when he was still very young because she wanted to have a female child.

The man revealed that growing up without his mother was one of the most painful experiences of his childhood. While other children had their mothers around to care for them, comfort them and guide them, he had to grow up knowing that his own mother had chosen to leave.

He explained that, at the time, he was too young to understand why his mother would leave him behind. But as he grew older, he began to understand the reason behind her decision — she wanted a daughter.

That realization, he said, made the experience even more painful.

He was left wondering why being a boy made him less deserving of his mother’s presence and affection.

Although his father remained in his life, the absence of his mother created an emotional gap that he has struggled to fill.

Years later, the experience still appears to weigh heavily on him. Rather than remembering his mother simply as the woman who gave birth to him, he remembers the pain of being left behind when he was still a child.

Speaking about his feelings towards her, he did not hide his resentment.

“I hate my mother,” he reportedly said, explaining that he finds it difficult to forgive her for abandoning him simply because she wanted a female child.

His story has sparked conversations about parental abandonment and the lasting impact it can have on children. For some children, being abandoned at a young age is not something they simply forget when they grow older. The questions, hurt and feeling of rejection can follow them into adulthood.

For the man, the biggest pain may not only be that his mother left, but that he grew up believing she chose the possibility of having a daughter over being there for him.

And even as an adult, he is still carrying the wounds from that decision.
