KINETIC ACTION COULD CLEAR THE T+RRORISTS IN THE FOREST, BUT LIVES OF THE ABD¥CTED CHILDREN TAKES PRECEDENCE – PRESIDENT. MEDIA AIDE, SUNDAY DARE SAYS

Media aide to the President, Sunday Dare, has emphasized that while kinetic military action could potentially be deployed to clear terrorists from forest hideouts, the government’s foremost priority remains the safe rescue of abducted schoolchildren.

Speaking during an interview on Arise TV, Dare explained that security agencies are facing difficult operational decisions. He noted that although it might be easier to wipe out the forest through aggressive military strikes, the lives of the kidnapped children must take precedence.

He stated: “It would be easier to wipe out the forest via kinetic action but the lives of those kids are the priority, so we have tough choices to make. They are working in the air and land to secure their release soon.”

According to Dare, coordinated air and ground operations are already ongoing, with intensified efforts aimed at securing the victims’ release. He stressed that the situation requires careful handling due to the presence of civilians in affected areas, making precision and restraint critical in the government’s response.
