YOU INVESTED IN BBL INSTEAD OF INVESTING IN YOURSELF – REALITY TV STAR KACHI COUNSELS A FORMER BBN HOUSEMATE OVER EMOTIONAL SOCIAL MEDIA VIDEO
Reality TV star Kachi has reacted to a viral video of a former Big Brother Naija housemate crying online about her struggles, offering what he described as honest but necessary advice.
According to Kachi, public breakdowns on social media may attract attention, but they rarely solve personal problems. He said such moments often expose vulnerable people to criticism and exploitation from bloggers and online audiences instead of bringing real solutions.
He explained that many BBN stars suddenly gain access to money and fame without having prior financial experience or long-term preparation, making it easy to lose direction. Kachi stressed that growth begins with accountability and self-development rather than blaming family, circumstances, or other people.
Using fellow reality stars like Miracle, Mercy Eke, Lilo, and Saskay as examples, he pointed out that some ex-housemates focused on building themselves through business, learning, and personal growth after the show. He then added that while others were investing in skills and knowledge, she chose to invest in cosmetic surgery instead.
Kachi also noted that social media lifestyles are often deceptive, saying many people who appear wealthy online are privately battling financial difficulties. Drawing from his seven years of banking experience, he advised her not to be pressured by appearances or internet validation.
- He concluded by encouraging her to ignore online noise, focus on becoming financially independent, and invest more in herself, describing self-development as the only path to lasting success beyond fame and temporary sympathy online.
