MY FATHER GOT MY BEST FRIEND PREGNANT — LADY SHARES SHOCKING STORY

  • I was 21, a final year student in Calabar, when my world collapsed. My father is a well-known pastor, founder of one of the fastest growing Pentecostal churches in the city. Everyone called him “Daddy in the Lord.” Strict at home, but charismatic on the pulpit. My best friend, Ekaette, was a dedicated member of the youth fellowship. She spent a lot of time in our house helping with church programs and sometimes sleeping over when it was too late to go home.

It started when I traveled for a school project for two weeks. When I returned, Ekaette had suddenly become very close to my father. She was always in his private study “receiving counseling.” One afternoon I came back from lectures earlier than planned. The house was quiet. I heard low voices and strange sounds coming from my father’s study.

I pushed the door gently. My father had Ekaette bent over his big study table, her skirt pushed up to her waist. He was behind her, thrusting steadily, one hand gripping her hip and the other covering her mouth to muffle her moans. “Take it, my daughter… receive your blessing,” he groaned as he moved faster. Ekaette was panting, whispering “Yes, Daddy… harder.” The sight of my own father having sex with my best friend in his pastoral robe still hanging nearby made me vomit on the spot.

When they saw me, my father quickly pulled out, his thing still wet and shining. Ekaette started crying, saying the Holy Spirit led her to “comfort” him because my mother had been cold to him lately. My father didn’t even look ashamed. He zipped up and told me calmly, “This is a spiritual matter. The flesh is weak, but God understands.”

Two months later, Ekaette tested positive. The baby was my father’s. The church elders held a closed meeting. Instead of condemning him, they blamed Ekaette for “seducing a man of God” but quickly turned it into a testimony. They said the child was “a miracle baby” and that my father had been under spiritual attack. My mother chose to stay and “stand by her husband” for the sake of the ministry. She told me to keep quiet so I don’t destroy the family and the church.

To this day, many members still call my father “anointed.” Ekaette now has a son who looks exactly like my dad, and she’s celebrated as a “blessed sister.” I left home, cut ties with almost everyone, and still struggle with trust and faith.

The most painful part is not even the sex I witnessed. It’s how the entire family and church chose to protect the image of a “man of God” over the truth and over me. My own father used the pulpit to cover the same bed he used to sleep with my best friend.

Some shepherds don’t just mislead the flock… they devour the lambs while preaching holiness.
