TraderMoni Scheme Addresses Temporary Hunger Claims Senator Ben Bruce

Senator Ben Murray Bruce on his twitter page sparked a conversation after he addressed the TraderMoni Scheme as addressing temporary hunger and not poverty.

In his words : “The TraderMoni scheme addresses temporary hunger. It is not addressing poverty. Those who get the 10,000 Naira will spend it and be hungry next week. But if you give them education and access to capital, they will be the ones who will pay government 10,000 in taxes.”
