I Changed My Name Because Of Him But He Still Abandoned Me .- Lady Laments .

The past years I was with my boyfriend Michael was the best 5 years of my life . He was my first love and I would say that I never knew that it would bend up so ugly like this.

It started when I was in high school , Micheal was done with university and we coincidentally met at a supermarket close to my school and after then , we consistently spoke on the phone and we were always texting each other .

It was butterflies the first few months and I enjoyed every second of it . Things started to get serious when he asked me to be his girlfriend. I was certain that this guy was absolutely sure that he was going to marry me because of the steps he started taking towards securing a good job and ultimately marrying.

I was so happy and elated when he came to my house to meet my mum one time , but that same day he came , he revealed something very unexpected to me . Micheal claimed that my name had always been an issue for him .

He said that it reminded him of someone that he never wanted to remember. I was head over heels for this man so the first thing I could think of was doing a change of name . So I proceeded with the necessary arrangements and during his birthday I suprised him with a newspaper publication that showed that I officially changed my name .

It was all roses and rainbows from them henceforth but things took a depressing turn for me when all of a sudden one day I received a text from Micheal that he felt like things were moving too fast .

After 5 years ?? I was devastated and so heartbroken. I could not imagine that Micheal could do this to me . I followed him and begged him to even tell me what I did but he refused saying that he jumped into things with me .

Later on, I realised that the so called person that my name reminded him of was the same person he went back to !!!! I will never forgive him for what he did to me .

Now I have changed my name and this man has broken up with me !!!!!
