How I Was Tricked Into Marrying a Commercial Bike Man!!!!- Woman shares.

This lady shares her true-life story about how she was tricked to marry a commercial bike man. This is her story.

My name is Sadiya and I was born and raised in Borno state. I met Aliyu on Facebook where we started as friends and followed each another last year. He is very sweet, tall, good looking and attentive which made me to easily fall in love with him.

Aliyu is an indigene of Kano State but he is based in Lagos State. He is into buying and selling of foodstuffs like rice and beans in large quantity from the North and resell to retailers, consumers and sometimes wholesalers too according to him in Lagos State.

After several months of friendship which later bloom into a relationship, Aliyu proposed to me to marry him. How can I say NO! Oh! Yes, I will marry you… smile.

Whatever I need as a woman, Aliyu can provide it as he has proven that to me on several occasion including buying me iPhone 12 when I told him it was an android phone I was using and he knows his way to my heart but my only fear is that I have never left my hometown let alone going to a big city like Lagos State.

I informed my mother about what Aliyu has said who in turn also informed my father, who told me to inform Aliyu to send his people if he is truly ready to marry me. I was so excited and glad that my father agreed to the marriage proposal so easily. Maybe, mom has gist him about my relationship with Aliyu but that doesn’t matter any longer.

Aliyu’s people came and our marriage was fixed to take place on the 1st of January, 2025. I was so eager to join my love and kept counting the calendar tirelessly until the due date.

Aliyu’s people bought all the necessary set of boxes filled with clothes, jewelleries, night wears, make up kits and skin care products among others and paid #200,000 has my dowry.

After the marriage has been officiated, it was time for me to join my husband and his friends in the vehicles they bought which will first take us to Kano before we head to Lagos. I cried. Some were saying it is the tears of joy but within me, I was happy indeed but I was thinking of how I am leaving my parent, friends and environment to a different world entirely.

My people prayed and waved fare well to us as the vehicles left for Kano. After 3 days of visitation to his family and friends, we zoomed off to Lagos to start a new journey for better for worse.

On reaching Lagos, I found out that the house is in a compound that Lagosian called “face me – I slap you’, and when I asked him about it, he told me that the place is a temporary place before he finishes renovating our 3-bedroom apartment.

3 days ago, I went to the market to get some foodstuffs for dinner. I saw a commercial bike man that looked like my husband. I was doubting it because this can’t be my husband as he is a business man!

Lo and behold! I unconsciously called out his name “Aliyu!!!” and he turned back and faced me. “He is the one”, I exclaimed.

WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!
