My Husband Struggles with a Gambling aaddiction and he gambled our house and we are now homeless.- Married woman Laments

This woman shares her story about how her husband made them to become homeless because of his gambling addiction.

This weekend, I found out that my husband was battling a serious problem . I honestly thought that it was just a hobby because that was what he always said .

I did not see the need to really confront him about it because to be honest I had a lot of things on my plate to deal with . He was always on all these betting websites trying to predict one game or the other .

He started asking to lend him money within the week and i realised that him borrowing from me was becoming too frequent.

So I went ahead to ask him what he was doing with all the money that I gave him and the answer that he gave me shook me to the core .

I am very surprised still at this point because he just told me that we  have lost our house that we worked so hard to buy after years of paying rent!!! I didn’t know this habit of his had turned into a full blown addiction.

Honestly, right now I don’t even know where to begin from because I am still in shock and I do not know what to do .
