I got a call from a company that went through my LinkedIn profile.

They need a Business Data Analyst with high level of Excel Skills.

The HR Manager asked if I can come for an Excel test the following day.

I went there and met the HR Manager, we discussed about the Job description and the salary.

I was led to their conference room for an Excel competency test.

When I opened the Excel test, guess what I saw?

Lo and behold, it was the same Excel test template I designed and gave out freely on LinkedIn last year.

I didn’t know how they got the Excel test template.

I smiled as I proceeded with the test. I finished the 30 minutes Excel test within 10 minutes 😁😁😁.

The Interviewer was shocked seeing me coming out from the conference room so soon.😁😁

I smiled and I left.

The company later sent me an offer letter because of my performance during the Excel interview.

How can I fail the Excel test template I designed myself😁😁😁
