A Nigerian man based in America has shared this story;

I have made the biggest mistake of my life. I have been married to my wife now for over 3 years and its been a great one until we relocated to America when I got a Job in New York.

In America she got a small Job too and I had a Job already. We had this friend from Nigeria who I met in America, he used to be a good friend and the day he met my wife for the first time in America he was wowed and was like, “men you have pretty wife”.

I appreciated him and told him yeah she is mine bro. He smiled and said I shouldn’t be so sure that in America, Nigerians are quick to lose their wives. I told him not my wife, I trusted her like my life.

This guy laughed o and said should I bet with him that he will prove me wrong. Foolish me went ahead to bet with him. I didn’t really fully understand what was going on because I felt how would someone have a bet with me over my own wife of 3 years.

As I speak, my wife has filed for divorce with me o. It took him only 6 months to do whatever he did. I guess he made her sleep with him behind my back and then she kept going back for more (quite disgusting). It was quite unfortunate that she had not giving birth for me yet, maybe that would have tied us together a bit longer.

As I speak, her stuffs are still in my house but she has moved in with him to an unknown place I do not know. They both blocked me and changed address but I think still within America. That is the cheapest thing I have ever seen in my life. I hate her with passion and wish I never brought her with me to America.
