When people see me today, they see the fame, the music, the shows, the money. But very few know the struggle it took for me to get here.

Before my first official single, I spent eight years working in the background, eight years of doubt and rejection. I started out as a producer in Enugu, making beats for other artistes. Sometimes I would spend nights in the studio, hungry and broke, just because I believed music would one day pay off.

But deep down, I knew music was the only thing I wanted to do. So, I kept going, learning, sharpening my sound, and building connections. Every beat I produced, every verse I wrote, was an investment in a future I couldn’t see yet.

Looking back, I realize those years of hardship were necessary. They taught me patience and the power of never giving up. My story is simple, success doesn’t happen overnight. Sometimes, it takes years of being in the shadows before your light shines.
